What clients ask before starting

How long does a first phase take?

For two to three modules on a defined process, plan in weeks rather than months. The exact figure goes into your fixed quote after the process study — we do not guess it before seeing your workflow.

We already use Tally / spreadsheets. Is that wasted?

No. Masters and history migrate in, and we can keep Tally as the accounting book of record while the ERP handles operations, syncing through the API.

What happens if we want to leave?

You get a full export of your data in open formats, and if source ownership was agreed in your contract, the code as well. No hostage situation.

Can it handle more than one plant or company?

Yes — multi-company and multi-location are part of the data model, with consolidated reporting across them and access limited per site.

Do you charge per user?

The SaaS subscription is per active user per month plus a one-time setup and customisation fee. On-premise is a one-time build plus an optional annual maintenance contract.

Will it connect to our existing machines?

Usually yes. Newer machines expose Modbus, OPC or a serial output we can read; older ones get one of our retrofit interface boards. This is the part most ERP vendors cannot do.
